Services
Specific scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Verbal commitments are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights to deliverables created for their project. ClickifyTech retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely feedback, content, and access required for delivery. Delays in client input may adjust timelines accordingly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClickifyTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India unless a separate governing law is specified in your signed agreement. International clients may negotiate jurisdiction in their contract.
